7:30-4:00

Despite the torrential downpour we experienced that day, the barbecue problems (x3), and one keynote speaker not showing up, the men all seemed to have a great day and they learned a lot from various speakers. Ron Ellis, the former Toronto Maple Leaf, set the tone nicely with his opening keynote session - one that was appreciated by all. We were entertained by a unique brand of cooking by Chef Francois, who used only power tools to make his gourmet dishes. Each guy attended two break out seminar sessions presented by Focus on the Family, Fatihlife Financial, Strong Fathers, Dale Clair, Jacques Guilbault, and Randy Robb. After a (late) barbecue lunch, we all broke eggs...

This really was a great day, overall. Now that I have done it once, the next time will be even better - and maybe not so long! If you didn't make it out to this one, you really missed something special. We will do it again next year, however with new speakers and different ideas. If you have a business and would like to sponsor next year's event or be involved somehow, please contact me and let me know. This will get bigger and better!!

Thanks for a great time to all you guys who attended! I promise, we will eat earlier next year! :D
